Equipped with whatever you need, the modern chef’s kitchen has it all - a 36” professional range, Nespresso, lots of small appliances (including a mix master for baking cakes for occasions). Gather round the large island - you’ll have lots of room to host a family buffet every night.
All season deck
The main living area opens out to a screened in porch that’s flanked by open decks on each side with loungers - perfect for reading a book with your morning coffee. And, for evenings - the downstairs media/billiards/game room opens out to the patio with the hot tub and grill. You’ll have indoor/outdoor living at its finest your entire stay.
Bonus game and TV room
The house features a split plan with two main living spaces - meaning the some folks can enjoy peace and quiet upstairs, while the others watch movies on the 85” TV, play ping pong, and enjoy the many board games the house comes with downstairs.

The house comfortably sleeps 14 across 6 bedrooms - with 1 king bed, 5 queen beds, 2 twin day beds. There is also the option for 2 trundles to be pulled out as well. And for the tiniest guests, there are 2 pack and plays included.
The primary bedroom has a luxurious 5-piece en-suite with a standing shower and soaker tub. On the main floor, there is an additional full bathroom, with two full bathrooms downstairs for the 3 bedrooms and game area.
